Small, clean airport that is easy to get around in. They have a few small shoppes for you to pick up some souvenirs or last minute snacks or toiletries, or a T-shirt. They have a fresh flower bouquets vending machine, a patio with plenty of seating, and a few coffee shops and restaurants/bars to stop for a quick bite or something to drink. They do have rental car services and they have clean bathrooms and free WiFi. The TSA line is usually very quick and you don't have to wait in line very long. Surrounding the airport are various hotels and restaurants, some walking distance or a very short 5 minute drive. There's long and short term parking, credit and cash are accepted as payment for parking.

On our way to Austin and College Station to check colleges and more. Maybe some cultural exchanges as well. Hey why not! The airport was incredibly packed today with large families of illegals making their ways out of El Paso. You are talking about hundreds of people on a Saturday morning that needs processing. But hey we wish them luck and El Paso will forever be in their mind for a warm welcome. The process at the airport was smooth and that is a tribute to the TSA and the entire airport staff. We parked in the long term parking and had to walk to the terminal which was a little bit stressful. The LTP was completely full. On our way to Austin with Southwest!

Super great airport! I love these smaller airports. Everyone was super nice and happy to be there. From the Delta counter to TSA. It was nice to be in an airport with happy people. Nice and small but plenty of restaurants and such. Plenty of seats at the gates with power outlets and chargers. Great Airport!!
